Dr. Inya-Agha Somtochukwu O. is a Nigerian Pharmacist with a strong background in ICT. He holds a B.Pharm degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, obtained in 2005, and furthered his education with an M.Sc. from the same institution in 2014. He pursued a Ph.D. specializing in Environmental Management and Control, showcasing his commitment to multidisciplinary expertise.

He has ventured into the cutting-edge field of blockchain technology and is certified as both a blockchain developer by Blockgeeks (2021) and a blockchain professional by the Blockchain Training Alliance (2022). His active involvement in blockchain-related organizations and projects reflects his dedication to this emerging technology. Currently, he holds the position of Vice-President Research and Business Strategy at Tulupay Nigeria, demonstrating his leadership in the fintech sector. Dr. Somtochukwu O. possesses a rich professional background, having served as the Director of Operations at Quickening Integrated Services Limited, an ICT software development and management company, for a decade from 2011 to 2021. Prior to this, he gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry as the Regional Manager (South-East and South-South) at Eutrix Pharmaceutical Ltd from 2009 to 2011 and as a Medical Representative at Altinez Pharmaceuticals Ltd from 2007 to 2009.
